My background crosses corporate and small-business environments. It includes low-voltage work, operations, project management, marketing, financial review, customer support, video production, employee training, restaurant operations, food-safety systems, and HACCP approval work.
Working across different industries has shown me that business problems rarely stay inside one department. A staffing decision can affect service. Marketing can create operational pressure. Technology can save time but create distance between people. Growth can expose financial and management weaknesses that were easier to overlook when the company was smaller.
